This is such a delicious and rich smoothie recipe that you won’t even miss the dairy! I love this Dairy-Free Pineapple Smoothie. I hope you give it a try.

Ingredients:

2 oranges

4 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1⁄2 cup sweetened flaked coconut (feel free to use unsweetened flaked coconut if you like)

2 cups light coconut milk

11⁄2 cups crushed or cubed ice

Directions:

1. Peel and section oranges.

2. Combine orange sections and pineapple in a blender.

3. Cover blender and pulse until chunky.

4. Add coconut, coconut milk and ice.

5. Cover blender and pulse until smooth.

Be sure to scrape down sides as needed.

Serve and Enjoy!
