Shazzy Fitness 7 Day Challenge – DAY 5
I can’t believe today is DAY 5, and that means I got to do TWO workouts! Okay so today’s workouts were Genesis and Victory, the instructor was the fabulous Vera! The moves and the music are so contagious that when I was finished I wanted to just keep going. I can’t wait for tomorrow, when the workout will be Freedom and Triumph! Let’s hope I survive 😉
