It offers easy to understand information, without all the medical terminology that you would imagine inside a book with MD guide in the title. Their books and website feature tips that doctors who are mom use for their own families. Their mission is to help moms raise healthier, happier families.

I absolutely love all the recipes and tips in the book because they are easy, realistic, and totally manageable. As a busy mom of three energetic boys this book is wonderful! It gives sound advice. Especially because it addresses not just weight loss but solutions for improving your self esteem, improving your mood, boosting your energy level and so much more! Since I started reading the book a little over a week ago, I’ve lost 5 pounds! The topics in the book are essential to losing weight and keeping it off.
This is a well organized book filled with realistic goals, and it’s fun to read! This book is definitely a great addition to the series, a series which in my opinion every mom should have!
