BFree bread line review

BFree Bread Line: Be Wheat & Gluten Free.

Fortunately for us we don’t have a wheat or gluten allergy. However we do have many friends who do. I have mentioned before that we are lucky to have tons of friends who we love to always have over. It’s because of this that I always try to have foods that they can enjoy.  A few weeks ago I received an email asking me if we would like to try BFree’s gluten and wheat free bread line. I of course said yes and shortly after received a box with tons of BFree products.

I couldn’t believe how many products we received for free! We couldn’t wait to try them out so I called a few of our friends and had a little get together. The first thing we realized once we tried each of the products was that they tasted absolutely delicious. There is no way that we could tell taste wise that these breads were wheat and gluten free.

Let me share with you which products we received.

BFree bread rolls

We received two packages of rolls. One package had 4 brown seeded rolls and the other had 4 white rolls. I made burgers and used these rolls for them. They are a great size and just as soft as regular rolls.

BFree Pita Breads

These pita breads taste amazing and are great for sandwiches!

BFree bagels

We also received a package of plain bagels and one of seeded bagels. Both packages have 4 bagels. The bagels are normal size and taste great. They also toast well which is great because that’s how we eat our bagels.

BFree hot dog buns

These hot dog buns were the boys favorite BFree product! They are huge hot dog fans and are picky with the buns I have to use. So I was happy to see that they really liked these.

BFree sandwich bread

We also received sandwich bread. These loafs are great because the slices are a nice size. My hunny really liked these loafs and eats at least 1 sandwich daily.

BFree wraps

My favorite product was definitely these BFree wraps! One of the packages brings 6 multi grain wraps that are delicious. My ultimate favorite is definitely the Quinoa & Chia seed wrap!

BFree products are now available at your local Big Y, Star Market, Demoulas and more.

About BFree Foods…

BFree was developed to bring tasty, good for you breads to the market.
Often, people avoid bread or feel poorly after having a sandwich and this may be due to sensitivities to wheat or gluten. But when gluten and wheat are removed from bread products, it is as if the ‘scaffolding’ that holds the structure together is pulled apart.

But at BFree it wasn’t enough to just create products that were simply free from gluten and wheat, instead, we set out to develop a range of products that are free from all major allergens, that taste just as good as good as the normal conventional bread products AND have exceptional nutrition. Not to mention, products that don’t crack and crumble mid meal.

Since using real, whole ingredients is the best way to bake, our products have an impressive list of high-quality, non-GMO ingredients. Whether it’s deriving protein and fiber from whole peas, apples and potatoes or using a unique blend of buckwheat and corn flours to provide gluten-like pliability, you’ll be impressed by our list of ingredients. BFree products are not only high fiber and low fat, they’re also calorie-responsible; our BFree Multigrain Wraps, for example, are only 100 calories per wrap, the lowest calorie count in the category.

A list of what is not included in our products is almost as impressive as what is. BFree products do not contain wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts or soy, making the entire BFree product line free from all major allergens—and completely vegan.

Thanks for sharing. I’ve been trying to transition away from Gluten, so this is great.
