So after being on the Nutrisystem program for 5 full weeks you’re probably wondering how I feel about it. Well…
It totally works! Plain and simple, this system provides all of the tools you need to be successful! So there are no excuses there. This program takes the guess work out of successful dieting. How? By providing you with the 3 major meals of the day and protein shakes for in between. I only have to add in my own drinks and veggies to my meals. And believe it or not Nutrisystem even sends you desserts for the weeks! With the way nutrisystem is set up I don’t feel like I am depriving myself of any of the foods I enjoy and crave.
I am definitely more aware (obsessive if you ask my boys) about what makes it in my body because I am reasonably limiting myself. I am not totally cutting myself off but also not allowing myself to give in either. I honestly feel that as long as you can go with the idea of following a meal plan in general, you could be successful on this program. Even with a few mess ups (which in my case are either eating too little or too much) I honestly believe it all evens out by the end of the week. This week I was more careful about what and how much I ate. I also made sure to have AT LEAST a small salad before I ate anything at dinner time.
As for this weeks Nutrisystem foods I didn’t try anything new. This next week I think may be a bit tricky because even though I tried to spread out the foods I wasn’t thrilled about I am still somehow left with a lot of lunch meal bars. Okay are we ready for this weeks stats.
Weight: 232.8 lbs.
Bust: 43 1/2 inches
Waist: 48 inches
Hips: 53 1/2 inches
Thighs: 27 1/2 inches
Week 5 Results:
Weight: 214 lbs. (down 18.8 lbs from wk 1)
Bust: 43 inches (down 1/2 inch from wk 1)
Waist: 45 inches (down 3 inches from wk 1)
Hips: 53 1/2 inches (same as week 1)
Thighs: 26 1/2 inches (down 1 inch from wk 1)
