FabFitFun VIP Summer 2014 Subscription Box Review & Coupon

 

The FabFitFun VIP Box is a quarterly subscription from FabFitFun.com. Every season they send you a box of $100+ worth items in categories like beauty, fashion and fitness. 

This month is when FabFitFun is busy shipping out their Summer 2014 FabFitFunVIP boxes! I look forward to everything they send every season! I absolutely LOVE how they package the box! 

 

As soon as I opened it I see an exclusive offer to share a discount on a summer box with 3 of my friends, and the card that brings all the details and retail value of each product!  When I removed the cards I see that FabFitFun wrapped the goodies with tissue paper and sealed it with a VIP sticker.

Let’s get inside and see everything I got! 

The First thing I see and it was one of the spoilers that I knew it was coming is the Thursday Friday Mini Clutch.

 

Isn’t it beautiful? I absolutely loved the design I received and the sturdiness of the canvas, which will definitely tote all my makeup everywhere I go. These mini clutch/makeup bag features a nylon lining, metal zip closure, and as you can see an adorable print! Retail Value $35 (designs varies per box) As an added bonus I also received a $30 Gift Card! 

The next thing that was also a spoiler and I was looking forward to getting was the Sonya Dakar Flash Facial.

This flash facial is a 1 minute exfoliating treatment. Said to give you softer, plumper, and younger looking skin! I can’t wait to use it, I’m planning on doing a review on it. I can tell you that it has a yummy citrus and mint scent to it, like a margarita! Retail Value $95

The next thing I saw was a yummy snack, an 8 oz bag of Pop Chips.

With only 100-130 calories per single serving bag there’s no need to feel guilty for that mid afternoon snack attack. Retail Value $1.29

The next thing that caught my eye was the Balanced Guru No Frizz Oil.

I can’t stand my hair in the summer months because it’s extra frizzy! Balanced Guru has a blend of argan, jojoba, and tamanu oils to tame my mane. I love that not only does it control my hair, it also nourishes it! Retail Value $25

Next to come out of the box was the pur~lisse pur~protect SPF 30.

I am always saying that for my make up to look good, my skin has to look good. So sunscreen is as important to me in my skin regime as moisturizer. The thing I like the most is that this is an anti-aging moisturizer with SPF30! I personally like how lightweight it is. Retail Value $55

I also received KISSTIXX Lip Balm.

No this isn’t your ordinary lip balm, it’s meant to be shared with your special someone. You pick one flavor and your special someone uses the other flavor and the flavors mix as you smooch to add that extra sizzle. Retail Value 5.99 As a bonus a 25% coupon was included  

Next was Skintimate Shave Gel. (sponsored product)

I love Skintimate! It leaves my legs feeling and looking healthy and beautiful. I was super happy to have this in my box. Retail Value $1.99

They also sent a package of Always Xtra Protection Long Daily Liners. (sponsored product)

I am a loyal Always user, so this was a nice surprise to find in my box. Retail Value $1.50

The next thing I saw was the FabFitFun Water Infuser BPA-free Water Bottle.

 

The thing that made me love this water bottle aside from the Infuser (back to that in a min.) was the quote around the bottom of the bottle. It says “Grab Life by the Exercise Balls.” Hahahaha I LOVE IT!  This water bottle is amazing, it let’s me infuse water with some amazing combinations like mint & cucumber and my favorite apple & cinnamon. I can just place the apple slices and a cinnamon stick in the infuser, fill my bottle with water and place it in the fridge overnight. The next day the water is crisp, refreshing and delicious! The next thing I found was a SlimFast Have Your Cake… Meal Bar. (sponsored product)

 

This bar features vanilla cake, sprinkles, frosting, and it only contains 180 calories per bar. I’ll let you know how I liked it when I try it. Retail Value $1 (estimated value of a single bar, Bars are not sold individually.)

Last but most certainly not least a bottle of Zoya Nail Polish.

You all know by now that nail polishes are my weakness. This is a beautiful bright tangerine like color, the picture really doesn’t do it justice. this amazing color is called Thandie, I can’t wait to feature it in a mani. Retail Value $9

What I thought:

Not taking into consideration the sponsored items (Always, Skintimate, and SlimFast) this is definitely a box that I really liked. Even more than the Spring box I received. To read that review Click Here. Don’t think that I didn’t like the sponsored items, I did and will definitely be using them. It’s nice that companies pay FabFitFun to add things to their box, especially since that way we may be getting more of the higher value items. But I would have liked it to come in a separate little pouch or package even if it was within the box. That being said it was an amazing box, one that every single product will get used. I will definitely be renewing my subscription when it ends!
