Heroes of the City – App Review and Giveaway

As many of you know I’m always on the lookout for any new apps that are educational and fun for my little guys. Especially for Matias my 2 year old since he is the one that most often goes for my phone. I love watching him have fun while improving his abilities, skills, and boosting his development. Which is why I was thrilled when I was contacted by the Heroes of the City team to review their new app.

In the Heroes of the City Movie App available at Google Store and iTunes the main characters are so cute and lovable. It’s definitely an all-in-one, safe and fun children’s application. It is aimed for children aged from 2 to 6 and includes both movies and games.
The content is fully adapted to the age of the child and it’s based on the television series Heroes of the City. In the US I hadn’t seen or heard about the TV series, but after reviewing the app I can see why it’s so popular in Europe.

I was given full access to the Heroes of the City Movie App to facilitate the review, however the opinions expressed are 100% my own.

There are many things to do in the app.

hotcmovies

Matias likes to watch the movies while I work around the house. With 6 hours of film I can get everything done before he even gets a chance at becoming bored waiting for me.

There are also 9 mini games that Matias really enjoys.

hotctracks

His absolute favorite is the tracks game. In this game you are given the starting and ending points and you have to choose which track to place next in order to get Tilly Train to the end point. As you pass a level the field to lay the tracks gets bigger and you can make the length longer. even if you play it several times it has endelss posibilities of ways to reach the destination. I’ve even caught Diego and Aaron my 9 and 7 year old’s playing it! 🙂

The Heroes of the City Movie App is free to download, and available at:

My 3 and 4 yr old sons LOVE playing video games. iPhone, iPad, Wii… I limit their time because they would play for hours a day if I let them. They would love this prize pack for Heroes of the City. I hope I win!!
